As we all know water is required for the survival of all the
living beings exist on earth. But do we really know all the reasons how water
helps our body .Mostly people just drink water to quench their thirst but it is much more than that ,there are many reasons how water helps our
body .
Ø Water delivers Oxygen throughout the
body.
Ø Water helps to remove body waste
mostly through urination.
Ø Water helps to maintain body
temperature.
Ø Water helps in digestion.
Ø Water helps to boost skin health.
Ø Water helps brain and other body
organs to perform well.
So we all must
drink adequate amount of water so that our body parts can function well and
keep us healthy.
How much water you should drink everyday??
For Women – 11.5 cups of water [91 ounce] or 2.7 liters
For Men – 15.5 cups of water [125 ounce] or 3.7 liters
according to your lifestyle and environmental conditions.
